A refreshing taste of cool, sweet & sour to balance the palate.

Main Course
Ohn-No-Khao-Swe
One of the National Dishes of Burma.
Chicken & Coconut with Noodles & Garnishes.
Chopped coriander/deep fried garlic in oil/chopped boiled egg/lemon juice/dried chillies.
All sprinkled on top  to make an absolutely amazing combination of flavours that you will have never tasted before!!!

Fifth Course
Orange & Cardomom Kulfi
A beautiful aromatic ice-cream: perfect end to a perfect meal!

I have loved every minute of it and by all accounts, so have my guests.
